Strawberry Mint Champagne Cocktail

Happy Friday! I am so excited to announce the next phase of Caitlin Confidential. I have launched a YouTube channel for all sorts of original beauty, fashion, and lifestyle videos. My first video is a delicious and seasonal champagne cocktail perfect for the weekend! 

Strawberry Mint Champagne Cocktail

Strawberries
Mint
Good Quality Champagne

1. Choose the best quality strawberries available to make the puree. (If out of season, add a tablespoon of sugar. 

2. Add to blender. 

3. Strain in a wire mesh strainer and throw away seeds.  

4. Pour into champagne coupe, top with Champagne, and garnish with fresh mint.
