Romantic Waves Hair Tutorial

Romantic waves are always the most flattering. So whether it's Valentine's Day or just any old day, here is my step-by-step guide to achieve this hair fast.

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

After shampooing and conditioner in the shower, I lightly towel dry, spray a detangler, and brush out using a Tangle Teezer (this brush really is great!)

Step 2

I like volume, so I find less product the better for my hair. I usually just add a little bit of oil to the ends. Rough dry using a blow dryer.

Step 3

Section the hair. I start with the bottom first. Using the Sultra Bombshell Iron, I take 1-2 inch sections and wind around the wand, alternating the direction. This iron is unbelievable in the speed department. It takes no time to heat up and literally makes it so it takes about 10 minutes to do my entire head.  I leave out the ends to get a more effortless look. It's the answer to glamorous hair FAST.

Step 4

Depending on the look I am going for that day, I will either set with hairspray or make it a little messier using a hair texturizer such as Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray.

Tip

Next day hair, using Osis+ Dust It Mattifying Powder, I will work into the roots if I want some extra oomph. This gives you mega big hair, I can't tell you how many times I have had this used on my on shoots.
