Sunday Riley Luna Oil and Tidal Cream
I have been a longtime lover of Sunday Riley. The first product I ever tried was their Tinted Primer, a product I have gone onto repurchase many times. But my latest love affair comes in the way of their Luna Oil and Tidal Cream. The Luna Oil exploded into the blogosphere when it first came out receiving rave reviews. A sample in a gift bag sparked my interest again, especially after reading the word "retinol." I whole heartedly believe in the "power" of retinol, a powerful ingredient that refines and resurfaces the skin, keeping acne and wrinkles at bay. But while most retinols come in the form of a serum or cream, this was an oil. I followed the instructions carefully and used a few drops of the bright blue oil nightly and woke to find impressive results mainly in the texture of my skin. Smooth, refined pores, with no breakouts. I have now been using it for about 4 months and I am happy to report that this product has continued to impress me. I have also been testing their latest addition to the range, the Tidal Cream, a brightening enzyme cream that smells lovely! This hydrating gel cream aims to help skin retain moisture due to the hyluronic acid, while at the same time smooth and refine with the help of papaya enzymes. I find the texture makes skin feel fresh and plumped with no pesty dry flakes. I will be keeping these two close by, keeping them well stocked in my beauty arsenal.
