Grapefruit Jalapeno Paloma

Just in time for Memorial Day, my recipe for a Grapefruit Paloma with the optional twist of jalapeno! 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 oz Lime Juice 
  • 11/2 oz Tequila 
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup 
  • 1 oz Club Soda
  • Sliced Jalapeños, to taste 
  • Crushed Ice
  • Sea Salt 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Juice 3 oz Grapefruit juice and 1 oz Lime juice. 
  2.  Combine juices, tequila, simple syrup, jalapenos, with ice, in a cocktail shaker. 
  3. Shake! 
  4. Pour over crushed ice, top with club soda and garnish with a slice of grapefruit. Sprinkle with sea salt.
