Grapefruit Jalapeno Paloma
Just in time for Memorial Day, my recipe for a Grapefruit Paloma with the optional twist of jalapeno!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 11/2 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Club Soda
- Sliced Jalapeños, to taste
- Crushed Ice
- Sea Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Juice 3 oz Grapefruit juice and 1 oz Lime juice.
- Combine juices, tequila, simple syrup, jalapenos, with ice, in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake!
- Pour over crushed ice, top with club soda and garnish with a slice of grapefruit. Sprinkle with sea salt.
