RECIPE | Burrata Pesto Pizza with Lemony Arugula
Since the quarantine, I have been making a lot of pizza. This cast-iron method makes a delicious golden-brown crust and works perfectly as the base for whatever toppings you like. This is my version of a summer pizza with basil pesto, creamy burrata, topped with lemony greens. (I use the same method for a classic Margherita pizza. )
Anyone I have served this to can’t believe I made this in the oven and in under 30 minutes. Try it and your family will be asking you to make this regularly!
