Notes for Spring

The feeling of Spring has reinvigorated my creativity. Lately, I have been inspired by what I am seeing at the market: sugar snap peas, asparagus, strawberries, and I have a few new Spring recipes all ready to go. First up will be a Spring Salad with Torn Bread Croutons and Meyer Lemon Dressing. Coming this week!

This past weekend we went for a drive in Moorpark to pick some produce and stumbled upon a gorgeous lemon grove. With the citrus blossoms all in bloom, it smelled heavenly!
