Winter Skincare
The air has been exceptionally dry in Los Angeles so I have been doing a few extra steps in my routine.
Pre-Shower
Before I shower, I have been sticking to my dry-brushing routine. I like the way it feels and how it adds a little boost of circulation. I love the Goop Dry Brush for this.
Bath/shower
Lately I have been into baths. I love these Magnesium Bath Flakes, especially because there is no added scent. They are great for relaxing muscles.
When I use a scrub, I am really liking the C & the Moon Malibu Body Scrub, which uses whole ingredients including food grade vanilla so it smells delicious!
POST Shower
One of my favorite rituals after my shower is to apply the Goop Afterglow Body Oil. it leaves skin glowing and absorbs instantly. I also love and recommend the Goop Body Butter. It is deeply nourishing and hydrating! I have purchased this product several times.
TREATMENTS
Because of the dry air, I have been using a humidifier next to my bed to help add some moisture into the air. I have also been taking supplements like fish oil, probiotic, and multivitamin.
