We are already into February and I am ready for Summer? I should be ashamed as I am not suffering winter storm after winter storm, but talking with my girlfriends we all feel the same. Anyway, I wanted to introduce you to a little something I have been working on with my BFF, Charlotte Mckinney. Beautiful to say the least, she is hilarious and fun, and we love a lot of the same things. As an actress and a model, she is constantly being dressed for things and having her hair and makeup done and we thought it would be fun to start showing some of our tips and tricks. We attend many events weekly together and we wanted a way to document it. So for the moment, we have started an instagram account called, The Blonde Confessions. Follow us HERE.

Last week, I went downtown with my sister and we visited the Are You Am I studios. Look at this heavenly loft. We obviously wanted to move right in. It was nice to be able to try on some of their pieces in person and see how everything fits. They even offer a feature that if you are an LA local to have their clothing delivered to your house via Postmates. Nothing to wear last minute? Solved. I picked up their new Anke Dress, a black version of their Kimia Bodysuit, and a couple of their chokers.

I mentioned that I am in the mood for warmer weather, so I picked up an Australian Harper's Bazaar for some spring fashion inspo and a few beautiful garden roses to brighten up my house. Staying in the same theme, I was given this gorgeous Cire Trudon candle for my birthday. I am saving it to light come spring, because it smells like orange blossom and gardenia. Also, I have been trying some Dr. Hauschka products for some more natural options, and I love their lip balm, a cold weather must-have.

This past weekend felt like summer, 75 degrees with a warm breeze in Malibu, We went to have a glass of rose (or two) at Soho Malibu. Look at this sunset! (It is now pouring with rain and supposed to be all weekend. Boo!)

I was lucky enough to attend the Chanel event at Violet Grey, where I spoke with a Chanel dermatologist, got a gel manicure in the color Mythique (obsessed!) and had my makeup done by celebrity makeup artist Angela Levin. She was so passionate and gave me an incredible deep plum smokey eye with a nude lip.
