Autumn in the City
Taking a minute out of the thousands of fashion week posts to give you some transitioning-into-fall outfit ideas. It's that awkward time where it is still warm out but things are cooling down. It's not full on sweater weather yet, but you need that extra layer.
I have been streamlining my wardrobe into pieces I really enjoy wearing over and over: leather jacket, jeans, t-shirt, mules, and coin necklace. I have found myself relying heavily on this white t-shirt and jean combination. It makes the perfect base for just about about anything, especially a statement jacket. Dare I say this one is pumpkin spice encapsulated in jacket form? What I will say is it encompasses all things I seek : suede, buttery leather, and under $200!
Mules are everywhere and they have really won me over full force. They just make any outfit look cool. This Gucci pair are luxe for sure, but I also bought these which are just as chic, reasonably priced, and come in great colors. (I love the red suede!)
Lastly, I am simple when it comes to jewelry and Miranda Frye is the master at making beautiful pieces that look just best when layered. I had been searching and searching for a coin necklace when I saw her newest collection on Instagram and needed immediately. She has a few different shapes to choose from, this will not be coming off my neck anytime soon!
