Grey skies have cleared up and the fourth of July is already here. Since moving here, my family has had a tradition of going to the Pacific Palisades Parade where skydivers descend upon the street to start it all off. My personal favorite part is the patriotic pups who march with their owners. Crowd pleaser. I am also looking forward to cooking some delicious food and taking advantage of all the seasonal goods right now.

I wanted to mention a few things I have been enjoying lately. First this off-the-shoulder top makes looking put together easy. It dresses up a pair of jeans and goes from day to night. My favorite purchase has been these braided sandals from Zara as they look way more expensive than their $45. Also, I thought I would mention the new Drunk Elephant Sunshine Bronzing Serum. Since I apply SPF to my face everyday, in the summer, my body always seems to pick up more color. I don’t love applying self tanner to my fave since it clogs pores, so I have found this to be a nice solution. I like adding a few pumps to my serum or SPF and applying all over the face, neck, and chest. Sometimes I will just do this and forgo any foundation. It makes skin look bronzed and glowy.
