Sunday Stroll

The heat wave was real in Southern California, so it called for cool, lightweight clothing on a stroll through Venice to dinner. We ended up at Tasting Kitchen, a great place to go for a drink or dinner. A cold cocktail was in order to survive the heat, so  ordered the Beach House made with tequila and lime over ice. It did the trick. For food, don't miss their cheese plate, seasonal salads, pasta, and fried with aioli.

I love the look of a sweet summer dress paired with white sneakers, plus its friendly on the feet. I cannot emphasize how much I love this dress. The print is a soft floral with feminine shoulder-tie details, wearing  the sneakers balances the shorter length and makes it feel breezy and comfortable. I  just saw they released 3 new colors and I am tempted to get it the blue or red!
