RECIPE | Broccolini Agrodolce with Shallots, Marcona Almonds, and Golden Raisins
Agrodolce is a sweet and sour sauce typically made from vinegar and honey and in this case- chiles for a bit of heat. This addictive syrupy glaze is one of my favorite things to add to roasted or grilled vegetables. The marcona almonds add crunch and the mint livens up the whole dish (don’t skip this!) It is an unexpected vegetable side, but one that people will ask you the recipe for. Enjoy!
