RECIPE | Summer Panzanella Salad

As the summer heat starts to hit, the thought of being in a hot kitchen is not appealing. The only effort this takes is cutting up peak summer produce: tomatoes, peaches, and basil and tossing them with a vinaigrette and some torn bread croutons. While toasting the bread does require turning on the oven, its worth it for those warm 10 minutes to achieve perfect golden brown croutons that soak up the tomatoes juices but never goes soggy.
