Spiced Pear Champagne Cocktail 

A seasonal twist on a French 75. 

1 ounce St George Spiced Pear Liqueur 

1/2 ounce lemon, freshly squeezed

1/2 ounce simple syrup 

3 ounces Champagne or Sparkling Wine 

  1. Add the spiced pear liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled!

  2. Strain into a vintage champagne coupe.

  3. Top with champagne!
