This time of year I love to make big batches of chicken stock to have in the freezer for whenever I want to make soup, especially good, old-fashioned chicken noodle soup. Whether you feel a cold coming on or you are just craving something warming, chicken noodle soup is a cure-all! Lately, I have been shying away from the traditional wide egg noodles and using smaller noodles in all different shapes.
