RECIPE | Winter Citrus and Fennel Salad

This recipe is the result of seeing some beautiful produce at the farmers market: lettuces, citrus, fennel, and mint. There is something satisfying about a crunchy, zingy, and fresh salad when you are getting a little bored of the typical winter fare. I used a combination of Cara Cara oranges and grapefruits, but any citrus you have on hand would work great. I also used hazelnuts, but almonds, walnuts, or pecans would be equally tasty!
