RECIPE | Crispy Pan-Seared Salmon with Meyer Lemon Salsa
A simple and brilliant celebration of citrus is to use a whole lemon to make this sauce. I like to use a Meyer lemon when they are in season as they are little sweeter and floral, but a regular lemon works well too. Use any herb you like here, but I do love the fresh summery addition of basil. Between the zinginess of the citrus, the sweetness of the honey, the nuttiness of the of sesame oil, it is a balanced sauce that you will no doubt devour every bite of.
As for the salmon, this easy method creates a beautiful golden pan-seared crust.
